We facilitate transactions but are not the manufacturer or producer of listed products (unless otherwise indicated).
Each seller is responsible for ensuring the legality, quality, and authenticity of their products.
We reserve the right to refuse access to users who violate these Terms.

User Accounts

Users must create an account to place orders.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any misuse or fraudulent use of your account is your responsibility.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if found in violation of these Terms.

Products & Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and details.
However, variations in color, packaging, or appearance may occur.
Sellers are responsible for product labeling in compliance with Tunisian regulations on cosmetics, health, and pharmaceutical products.
The marketplace does not guarantee that products will meet your personal expectations.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Tunisian Dinars (TND) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment methods accepted: bank cards, e-wallets, cash on delivery (where available), or other secure gateways.
We reserve the right to update prices, promotional offers, or discounts at any time.
Fraudulent transactions will be reported to the competent authorities.

Orders & Delivery

Once you place an order, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on product availability, seller location, and shipping service.
Delays caused by external factors (customs, strikes, unforeseen events) are not the marketplace’s responsibility.
Shipping costs and return policies are indicated at checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In compliance with Tunisian Consumer Protection Law:

You may return products within 10 days of receipt if they are defective, damaged, or do not match the description.
Beauty, cosmetic, and health products that are opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless proven defective.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method or as store credit.

User Obligations

Users agree not to:

Post false reviews, misleading information, or defamatory content.

Marketplace Responsibilities & Limitations

Sellers are solely responsible for product safety, regulatory compliance, and warranties.
The marketplace cannot be held liable for issues arising between buyers and sellers, but may intervene in dispute resolution.

Intellectual Property
